Refund policy

We hope you love your Ellie & Oak purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached. Items with odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, including accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
