Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• $7.95 flat-rate shipping within the United States. Orders of $99 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
• Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Ellie & Oak Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has shipped.

Returns:

• Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
• Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in new, resellable condition with original tags attached.
• Items with odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, stains, damage, alterations, signs of wear, or other evidence of use are not eligible for return.
• All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet our return requirements, store credit will not be issued. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs if they would like the item returned to them.
• Accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• To start a return, please use the return request option on our website and follow the instructions to submit your request. Please do not send merchandise back without an approved return request.
