Hi, I’m Audrey Jennings, owner of Ellie & Oak Boutique — but to two precious little girls, I’m simply Mimi.

Ellie & Oak was inspired by my granddaughters, Ellie and Oaklynn, who remind me every day to dream boldly and love deeply. As a wife, mom of five, Mimi, retired military veteran, and special-needs mama, I’ve learned to treasure life’s small victories and the strength found in faith, love, and community.

I created Ellie & Oak to be more than just a boutique. It’s a thoughtfully curated collection of women’s fashion, children’s clothing, jewelry, gifts, home fragrance, and everyday favorites chosen to bring beauty, comfort, and joy into your life.

I’m especially mindful of sensory-sensitive and special-needs families, selecting pieces that feel soft, calming, practical, and beautiful.

One of my greatest joys has been creating my own Ellie & Oak home and personal fragrance line using premium ingredients and scents inspired by the places and people I love.
